Pakistan Federation Baseball

Establishment & Early Development

Pakistan Federation Baseball (PFB) was founded in 1992 with a mission to promote baseball across Pakistan and develop the sport at all levels. From the beginning, the federation focused on establishing foundational structures organizing training camps, introducing baseball to schools and universities, and building a culture around the sport. These early efforts laid the groundwork for all future achievements.

National Championships & Domestic Growth

PFB initiated regular domestic competitions including provincial championships, university leagues, and national senior and junior tournaments. These events created a competitive platform for players from across Pakistan, encouraging participation and helping identify talent for higher-level competitions. Over time, baseball became one of the most popular non-cricket sports in the country.

International Recognition & Partnerships

The federation has expanded its international presence, including strategic partnerships such as with Baseball United a major regional league designed to elevate baseball in South Asia and the Middle East. These collaborations aim to enhance player development, attract international coaches, and bring global baseball attention to Pakistan.
