Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the operations, membership, participation, and activities conducted under Pakistan Federation Baseball (PFB). All members, players, officials, coaches, clubs, and affiliated bodies must comply with these terms.

Objectives of the Federation

Pakistan Federation Baseball aims to:

Promote and develop baseball across Pakistan.
Organize national and international tournaments.
Provide equal opportunities for players regardless of background.
Maintain discipline, fairness, and sportsmanship in all activities.

Membership

3.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to provincial associations, clubs, players, coaches, umpires, and officials.
Members must submit required documentation and registration fees.

3.2 Approval

Membership is subject to approval by the Executive Committee of the Federation.

3.3 Termination

Membership may be suspended or terminated due to misconduct, rule violation, or non-payment of dues.

Player Registration & Participation

All players must be officially registered with the Federation before participating in any event.
Players must provide accurate personal information and required documents.
Participation in tournaments is subject to eligibility criteria and age verification (if applicable).
Players must follow anti-doping regulations and ethical standards.

Code of Conduct

All members must:

Respect officials, referees, opponents, and spectators.
Avoid violence, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
Follow decisions made by match officials and governing bodies.
Refrain from any activity that damages the reputation of the Federation.

Disciplinary Actions

Any violation of rules may result in warnings, fines, suspension, or permanent ban.
The Disciplinary Committee will review complaints and make final decisions.
Appeals can be submitted within a specified period (e.g., 7–14 days).

Financial Policies

Registration fees, membership fees, and tournament fees must be paid on time.
The Federation reserves the right to revise fee structures.
All funds shall be used transparently for development and operational purposes.

Event & Tournament Regulations

All tournaments will follow official baseball rules approved by the Federation.
Teams must report on time; late arrival may result in disqualification.
Match schedules and venues are subject to change if necessary.

Media & Publicity

The Federation reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and recordings of events for promotional purposes.
Unauthorized commercial use of Federation branding is prohibited.

Liability

Participation in baseball activities is at the participant’s own risk.
The Federation shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages during events unless caused by proven negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
